Hello Everybody!
I just want to tell everyone in this forum, that I got a 20 cm long mucoid plaque out of me!
I'm so happy, I was waiting for this big guy for a long long time to come out. It was a brownish-greyish rope and looked exactly the same as The photos I saw on this site.
But i also got out lots of spongy, slippery, elastic, mostly longish, but deformed, yellowish-brownish stuff in size between 4-8 cm-s long. I've been receiving these stuff for about two weeks, when I made my first enema. I've mentioned this to the forum, but nobody knew what this jelly-pie really is. I thought candida, but who knows?
At this time i'm not even interested, i'm just glad they are coming out.
Anyway, I've been drinking B&P shakes with Caproil every morning for 1,5 months, and tree days ago i started to drink P&B 3-4 times a day. I couldn't go to poo two days, and today I got this monster in the bowl. After this I had a fantastic day, and now i'm preapering for the second Liver Flush with my boyfriend. He is such an amazing guy, i can tell you:))
So, i really feel GREAT guys!!!

I just had to say CONGRATULATIONS! That's so amazing- I'm excited for you! Did you have any constipation prior to starting the p&b? I have not been able to make it work for me, since I've got a VERY lazy colon- practically paralized, in my opinion! I've read that the caproil helps with the constipation, but I can't find a health food store here that sells it! I'm using now my own version of Schulze's #1, and we'll see......

Hey Terry!
I don't really know if i have constipation from p&b because i had it before too. My constipation depends on how much i eat. If i eat more i can go to bathroom every day and my poo is usually soft.
But finally the shakes worked...
I'm in Canada and they sell caproil here, i guess you are in the US...i don't know what's the scoop there.

Well, hello fellow canadian! Where do you live? I'm in Montreal, but looking to move soon.... and I used to get the caproil from Loblaws, but they don't have it at mine anymore.....any ideas????

Have you tried in any health food store? I use Inno-vite Caproil and i buy it in NOAH's. But I'm sure you can get some other kind in Montreal too.
Why do you move from Montreal and where? M. is such an amazing city! I'm jelous...
I'm from Europe and I really like the atmosphere in Montreal, more exciting than Toronto. But I'm not complaining! I really like to live here.
I hope you can get the Caproil soon.
Brrrrr, I have to push down the olive oil and lemon juice very soon , cross your finger buddy!
