Thanks for the response. I haven't read that book, but I am very aware of colon health (my mother started me thinking about it 20 years ago).

I've been taking Dr. Schulze 's formula 1 and 2 for a month now on a very restricted diet of fresh fruits and veges. I still haven't gotten plaque out. I've also tried the coffee enema 3 days in a row with no plaque there either. My mother used the enema many years ago and got a long rope piece out, so she recommended it and I checked this website for the procedure.

I don't know what else to do. I'm already pretty thin (5'9" 140 lbs) and I can't take any more of this restrictive diet. BUT, I wnat to get the plaque out! What do I do??!!
