I experienced constipation as well after doing Richard Schulze 's Formula #1 and #2. Was also never constipated before. Now I have pain in my sides and intestines, along with chronic constipation for 2 weeks. Have you found any relief yet? I am very sorry I ever did the colon cleanse.

Did you ever find relief? If so, what did you do? I had some problems as well and stopped it 3 days into it. Constipation (which I never had before)and my lymph glands went nuts and busted out all over my stomach and sides, plus aching in my sides. It seems like it is slowly returning to normal, however sometimes I wonder if I did permanent damage with this stuff. Curious for your response.

I don't know if you did the Dr. Schultz cleanse or not but I believe he mentions this tendency with Bentonite clay. He states to begin re-taking formula #1 again until your bowels begin to move. If you don't have formula #1 you can probably find one in a health store that has similar ingredients such as the herbs cascara sagrada and senna.

The formula #1, or an herbal formula made to get your bowels moving, is a very important step to do before doing your Bentonite phase of the cleanse.
