We are willing to bet that most of you thought the GREATEST THREAT to our internal SAFETY , SECURITY, and PRIVACY was and is:
TERRORISM, OSAMA BIN LADEN, AL QAEDA, ISLAMIC JIHAD, HAMAS,, THE MIDDLE EAST CRISIS, IRAQ..??????

FOLKS THINK AGAIN, THE TRUTH IS THAT THE GREATEST THREAT TO OUR INTERNAL SAFETY, SECURITY AND PRIVACY WAS AND
IS: LAWYERS, POLITICIANS, and BUREAUCRATS… THE AMERICAN TRIAL LAWYERS ASSOCIATION.. THE JUSTICE SYSTEM ITSELF
THEY ARE ALL COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL !!!!!
IF THEY ARE NOT REINED IN SOON …..THEY WILL DESTROY THE LAST VESTIGES OF OUR CONSTITUTION WHILE MAKING
MEGABUCKS FOR THEMSELVES IN THE PROCESS.
CLASS ACTION SUITS have been elevated from the SUBLIME to the RIDICULOUS, placing every manufacturer and every professional service
provider in an intolerable RISK POSITION.
CLASS ACTION SUITS are accepted under the flimsiest of filings and lawyers pocket millions of dollars while winning discount coupons for their
clients.

With the aid of lenient judges, lawyers are now perpetrating a FRAUD upon the country under the guise of “helping the masses”. Parties used to
have to agree to participate in a class action suit. Nowadays groups of lawyers regularly meet to peruse newspapers, the federal register, and
other publications for ideas and causes. When they find one , they then TROLL for plaintiffs , particularly in communities known to favor large
awards against the evils of corporate America. Notices go out sometimes to millions, telling them they can “opt out “ if they wish. Most recipients
ignore the notice, making them part of the class action group. Their “rights” are being litigated whether they want them pursued or not.
IN MUCH OF THIS CLASS ACTION LITIGATION, THE ONLY REAL BENEFICIARIES ARE THE LAWYERS..
Just the announcement of a CLASS ACTION SUIT can send a stock into a short sellers dream. Perhaps the SEC should be investigating the connection
between trial lawyers initiating lawsuits and the professional short sellers profiting from them.

THE BILL OF RIGHTS was initially intended to protect people against GOVERNMENT INTRUSION. In barely a generation, this definition has been turned
on its head. Instead of political rights that belong to the people, we have created affirmative obligations that are imposed on government, business and
individuals. Said more simply, we assert a “RIGHT TO” rather than a “FREEDOM FROM” POLITICIANS AND LAWYERS PLUNDER PRODUCTIVE
AMERICANS AT WILL In barely a generation, lawyers, politicians and bureaucrats have taken over our government , without firing a shot. These groups
control the creation and enforcement of law. Their ability to write rules and manipulate them at will has established a BIG NEW GOVERNMENT TYRANNY
in America: A THREAT TO OUR WEALTH PROPERTY AND LIBERTY POLITICIANS AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM HAVE BECOME THE MAJOR
PLUNDERERS OF OUR WEALTH.

LAWYERS IN AMERICA form a power that envelops society as a whole, penetrates into each of the classes that compose it, works in secret,
acts constantly on it without its knowing and in the end models it to its own desires. There is one group that doesn’t care who wins or loses in
these legislative battles, its members make money either way.
THIS GROUP DOMINATES OUR GOVERNMENT.

RONALD REAGAN ONCE SAID ; “GOVERNMENT IS NOT THE SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM
GOVERNMENT IS THE PROBLEM.”

REAGAN ALSO PROMISED TO “SLASH THE SIZE OF GOVERNMENT AND ELIMINATE WHOLE DEPARTMENTS”
TODAY CONGRESS IS PASSING BUDGETS LARGER EVEN THAN IN THE CLINTON DAYS.

THE PATRIOT ACT AND THE HOMELAND SECURITY ACT REPRESENT THE LARGEST GROWTH OF GOVERNMENT IN 50 YEARS.!!!
IT VIRTUALLY ELIMINATES THE BILL OF RIGHTS AND THE 4TH AMENDMENT .
THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NOW DEVOURS A WHOPPING 40 % 0F THE NATIONS GOP: THE HIGHEST LEVEL EVER SINCE
WORLD WAR TWO.

THE HOMELAND SECURITY DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN CATEGORIZED AS A “REORGANIZATION”. DID YOU NOTICE ANY
DEPARTMENTS BEING “ABOLISHED” ?

THE FIRST LAW OF GOVERNMENT….ALL GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS ACCOMPLISH EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY
PROMISE TO ACHIEVE..

“WE LOVE OUR COUNTRY BUT WE FEAR OUR GOVERNMENT”
NEVER HAS THIS BEEN SO TRUE..!

PATRIOTISM HAS TAKEN ON A STRANGE NEW DEFINITION .
LOVE OF COUNTRY HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH LOVE OF GOVERNMENT.
PATRIOTISM USED TO MEAN LOVE OF LIBERTY, LOVE OF FAMILY, LOVE FOR FAITH, AND LOVE FOR THE PRINCIPLES
ARTICULATED IN AMERICA’S FOUNDING DOCUMENTS.

HOW MUCH MORE FREEDOM, LIBERTY, AND PRIVACY ARE YOU WILLING TO GIVE UP “IN THE NAME OF SECURITY” OR “FOR YOUR
OWN GOOD”

AMERICA HAS MOVED FROM A REPUBLIC TO A WORLD EMPIRE WITH TROOPS AND DOMINION OVER A FAR LARGER PORTION OF
THE WORLD THAN THE BRITISH EMPIRE EVER DID..
AMERICA IS NOW AN EMPIRE WITH TROOPS IN OVER 100 NATIONS AND WHILE WE MAY BE WELL INTENTIONED, CONSIDER THE
EFFECTS ON OUR LIBERTY AND WEALTH IN THE LONG RUN.
LOOK AT HISTORY. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ALL THE OTHER EMPIRES ??

GEORGE WASHINGTON’S ADVICE 2OO YEARS AGO : “ FREE TRADE WITH ALL NATIONS , POLITICAL ALLIANCES WITH NONE”

WE ALL THOUGHT THAT SUPER SOCIALIST ROOSEVELT HAD DONE A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF ELIMINATING DEMOCRACY AND

THE TOTAL INFORMATION AWARENESS OFFICE , ( T.I.O. )
THE NEW S.A.R.’S (SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORTS ),
THE F.I.S.C. (FOREIGN INTERNATIONAL SURVEILLANCE ACT) ,
THE BURIAL OF THE 4TH AMENDMENT,…
THE ECHELON PROGRAM (MONITORING PHONE CALLS WORLD WIDE)
THE TOTAL CONTROL OF INTERNATIONAL BANKING , USING
THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND CORRESPONDING BANK RELATIONSHIPS
THE WARS ON DRUGS, MONEY LAUNDERING, TERRORISM, POVERTY.
THE WARS ON TAX HAVENS, CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS, ET AL.

ARE WE CHOOSING SECURITY OVER LIBERTY AND FREEDOM ???

HOW MUCH MORE FREEDOM , LIBERTY, AND PRIVACY, ARE WE WILLING TO GIVE UP “IN THE NAME OF SECURITY” AND “FOR OUR
OWN GOOD”

IS IT A WAR ON Terrorism OR A WAR AGAINST CIVIL LIBERTIES ?

WHY IS THE U.S. SUCH A TARGET FOR Terrorism ? COULD IT BE OUR PROPENSITY FOR INTERVENING IN ETHNIC AND
RELIGIOUS STRUGGLES WORLDWIDE ?
MAYBE WE SHOULD CONSIDER RESPECTING THE ETHNIC, RELIGIOUS, ECONOMIC AND CIVIL RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS WORLD
WIDE ?
LET’S STOP BEING “WORLD BULLIES “ TRYING TO CONTROL EVERYBODY’S LIFE AND HABITS..MAYBE THEN WE CAN PRESERVE
OUR OWN CIVIL LIBERTIES.
