Hello my name is Nicole. This is my first post here and I absolutely LOVE this site! You all seem very helpful and I am looking forward to getting to know you. My question is, is where do I start? I would like to do the kidney, liver, and Bowel Cleanses for sure but should I do them in any particular order? Also what else do you suggest? I do have Dr. Hulda Clark 's book and must admit I am a bit overwhelmed. I am trying to plan everything out now so that hopefully I can start them in a few weeks (I might be pregnant so I have to wait and see). Thank you for your help and time!
