Vomiting Epsom Salts

Help! I am not sick, but I cannot keep down the Epsom Salts for the flush! I've tried it warm, I've tried it cold, I've tried it more dilute, and taking little sips over time. After each sip, I gag, and after a few sips I puke! Help!

MoreThis is a reply to # 429,523Sorry...I don't know how it would convert...you'd have to experiment a little....or maybe someone else here can offer suggestions. I've drunk a bottle at once prior to a flush and that was sufficient to clean me out...but then used colonics for follow-up after the flush. My guess is a bottle...10oz, I think...is probably about equal to one dose of the Epsom Salts ...but don't hold me to that!
Another option would be Freelax tablets...they're magnesium hydroxide... but again I'm not sure how the dosage would convert.

This is a reply to # 429,516is it the taste or the salts that are making you puke?
if it's the taste then try capping the salts in 000 gelatin caps and then just drink the water to dissolve them.
i think that is the route i will go next time.
