Could you please list the directions for fermenting. I found directions that were not as detailed as I would have hoped and somewhat confusing with they way they were worded (sorry, I am a Technical Writer and need things explained very clearly).

Some questions,
Do I have to have this a certain temperature? I have the mixtue sitting in a two liter bottle, but there is no "gas" I am on day two.
Also, when everything is ready will the mixture be the same as what I bought? Or will it be diluted? different?
