Well yesterday for breakfast and the night before I had three apples a piece so all together I had 6 apples. The apples didn't help in stopping my cravings to where the
Master-Cleanse had. So I'm going back to the
Master-Cleanse for a couple of days to kick the cravings and then do the apples once I know that I have the cravings licked.
I can tell that after I had my first bowel movement that it did make them taste nasty, but the cravings are still here. I just think that it is best for me to go back to the
Master-Cleanse until the cravings are gone, stop smoking again (yes I grabbed more cigs because teh cravings and stress was there) and then try the apples again to finish the rest of the detox.
