This is a reply to # 427,016Ledwith from "What the Bleep do we know" coming into town to give a workshop on the DaVinci Code- He was an Archbishop and still is a scholar of Religious figures.
It should eb very enlightening plus it illustrated 2 tings in my life
1. Abraham, by Jerry and Esther Hicks- works I created this workshop out of a vibration
2. As soon as the negative psychic and personality inlfunences were banished from mylife everything fell into place.

This is a reply to # 427,028It is a Masons world-view but it does challenge one to think outside of the status quo only where it leads(justifying sexual rituals) leaves me a bit hollow. It is a good fiction story that could have become a great classic but for the turn toward a pro-mason agenda. The Mary story-line though was close to being a really compelling argument that makes this book well worth reading.- Rudy, want to know why I liked it so... southern belle

MoreThis is a reply to # 427,029Knowing it's fiction, but also knowing that there are plenty of fact based statements taught me so much.
For example, the pagan King who wanted to be loved by all of his people combined the pagan and Christian holidays. But, the best part was finding out that Mary M. was never the harlot she was portrayed. She came from a fine family and she was a valued "friend" of Jesus. The King didn't want her elevated to that position, so he is the one who began the story about her sordid past........But she was so much more.
It just proves one thing we women have ALWAYS known......We have always been the driving force behind you guys. Where would you be without us????? Ha Just kidding.

Oh I know... I loved the part about Mary M and if it is true then it just shows that men wrote history at the expense of women. I thought that part of the story could have been further but it really was a fun read but the ending was a bit off if you ask me... I read through the first half like the wind but I had to wade trhough the last few chapters with the obvious and predicatble plot...but I highly reccomend the book if just to see the part about Mary M...Jesus best friend...and maybe more...it makes sense to me... It feels right too... I wish that I knew the truth...
