I don't know what the ratios are but maybe you could try one part of everything.

I use 17-herb detox tea every day, I usually mix all the herbs together in a big bowl, and then take 1 - 2 tablespoons for each cup of tea. It tasted little bit unusual at the beginning, but when you get used to it, it's really great.
