Hi Cici! I would take the Echinacea Tincture SEPARATELY. ALL 5 Herbs should be in the Super Tonic to be MOST EFFECTIVE, and using Vinegar as the Solvent, instead of Alcohol, which is NORMALLY used in Tinctures. If you ONLY have those 2 Herbs (Garlic and Habanero Peppers) to make a Cold/Flu Tonic, then you have picked the 2 MOST IMPORTANT Herbs in Dr. Schulze 's Super Tonic!!

This is a reply to # 42,534Thank You so much! I can see now that this is a separate tincture, as soon as I can find some horseradish I'll be making this one also, I'm very happy to have now 2 tinctures to use against flu/colds this winter!
