I am into my 3rd day of formula 2 colon cleanse. I have read that one time may not remove all of the toxic stuff..Has anyone used it more than 4 times a year for that reason? THANKS!- Re: Use of colon cleanse formula #2 Southern Belle

MoreThis is a reply to # 42,386I have not used Dr. Schulze #2 more than once. I have gotten good results from it and I do like it.
What I do is use different things---like Bentonite Clay with psyllium husks. I also buy different Colon Cleanse products. There are many. It's just interesting to me to see how my body reacts to different things.....- Re: Use of colon cleanse formula #2(... anon

Plus, would you please tell me what Bentonite Clay is and how you get the psyllium husks and how to use them. Can a person clean out their colon using only the Bentonite clay, or is it an absolute must to do a colon cleanse? anon.
