I have heard these were miracle products and tried them. They did not work for me at all and after 2 months of no change in symptoms (slight or otherwise)I decided to quit. The product was very expensive to continue based on hope alone. I was taking much larger than the recommended dose.

One positive was that it tasted okay for my kids who were also being treated. Unfortunately when these things do not work quickly enough (1 month) kids tend to want to stop taking things even though you know they should keep going. My son's constipation had not changed.

Anyone have another remedy? What about conventional? I have a bad infection and need something. Syclovir?
