No, it isn't necessary to use Colosan for six days each time you do a liver flush. If you choose that option, it is OK, though. Ideally, you take a colonic or colema just before perhaps an hour before your first Epsom salts and a colonic within three days after the liver flush. The apple juice or malic acid prep period is very important.

The Colosan treatment is a separate method for keeping the colon more efficient and clean, and it is not ideal to do the colosan treatment at the same time. Three times per day can be too much, once per day is easier and gentler on the system.
