For the past 5-6 months my urine & feces have had an after odor of ?dead like smell?
LAst week I was sick w/ bronchiotis & pollen allergies & took bronchitis meds...Today I made a bowel movement and a lot of stuff that looked like wet bread came out. I was so horrified & couldn't imagine what it is. It felt very slimy. I've done a light parasite/candida cleanse before (1.5 years ago) and needless to say am beginning again tonight, but has this happened to anyone else-the wet bread in the stool?

This is a reply to # 420,852First of all are you drinking enough water? Secondly you need to take lots of fibre and flax hulls is a very good fibre in addition to containing lots of good things for the body such as a powerful antioxidant, etc. Finally, sounds like you need a very good probiotic with bifidum bacterium to help cleanse and repopulate the bowel with good bacteria. - Re: Bread-like stools canuckguy
