Congratulations on finding something that works for you.
Diet is directly related to acne.
A poor balance of what are called leukotrines can cause many kinds of skin problems.
Leukotrines are one group of the many groups of eicosanoids the body's "master" hormones.
Eicosanoids can be controlled with diet.
Acne is also closely related to changes in hormone production.
And again those master hormones eicosanoids indirectly control hormone production.
Apparently hormones cause your sebaceous glands (oil glands) to produce too much oil.
The excess oil fills your pores and
Acne is formed.
One thing worth considering is advanced hygiene to clean the oil out of the pores before the
Acne forms.
Simplistically speaking you use a specially designed natural soap to clean the pores.
You can check out methods of advanced hygiene for acne at www.advancedhygieneproducts.com
Also it is a good idea never to scratch, touch or squeeze pimples. This seriously increases the chances of an infection and the chance of permanent scarring.
It's wonderful that you seem to have found something that helps with your acne.
Kindest regards,
