hi. I tried the dry brushing it was wonderful. then i remembered
simple exfoliation mixed plain old cornmeal with bit of canola oil til slightly runny (mostly gritty) and putit on my scaly legs/
rubbed it with my fingers all over my legs in circular motions til
mostly just the grit remained. then i lightly brushed off the cornmeal with a dry natural bristle brush. that was 2 days ago.
my skin is soft as a babys butt and allthe scales are gone btw try this on a chair in kitchen cause you will have to sweep up the
grit. it brushed off so easily btw just needed light brushing
i felt so wonderful after waards i had to just sit with feet up i was so relaxed. after i took a shower/ my skin still stayed soft and no sign of dry skin cells anywhere. (when my kids goto sleep i am going to do this again on other body parts /it was so dramatic a change over long time problem for me. i would not recoomend you do this in a shower since who needs food meal going down shower pipes? just sweep it up. my skin smells fresh/ light natural oil scent.
just sharing. try it out/ so relaxing and my skin was literally glowing from the circulation.
