Difficult questions. The biggest problem in all of this is the lack of hard data, and so many contradicting opinions. One of the reasons I've stopped making Beck devices after spending many years and many thousands trying to perfect them, is that you reach a point where you get sick of wading through the BS.
The oscillating pulser may be a genuine advance, but to date I have not heard of anyone doing a direct comparison with a well engineered "Beck Pulser", and for that matter we don't even have any clear definition of what a "Beck Pulser" is. All we have are the claims from the manufacturer and fragmented anecdotal "evidence".

Science across a range of disciplines that confirms the validity of his approach. With the Oscillating Pulser we are asked to accept a premis, with little solid evidence to support it. That's not to say it's not worthy of investigation, but I feel that it hasn't been out in the market long enough to say either way.
On the purely technical side, Niether the Jaguar or the M-5000 can truly be called an "oscillator". Oscillation implies that a steady frequency is involved, and if this were the case I'd be a lot less skeptical, at least then you could investigate why this particular frequency would have some added benefit. But the only difference between these Pulsers and the Beck approach is the absence of a diode to block the Back EMF from the collapsing magnetic field in the coil. This causes a very short instability at the trailing edge of the pulse but only for a couple of cycles. At that point, who's to say wether the benefit comes from the initial DC magnetic pulse as Beck described or from a four cycle decaying burst at the end of the pulse? Again, this may be a genuine advance, but I'd hate to have to put up the sort of money needed to prove it.
In reality, there is so little difference between the so called "oscillating" pulser and the "Beck" pulser to give a clear advantage either way. In my experience it's all about Gauss Levels and Rise time, the rest is stamp collecting.
