Hi All,

I finally got some MP out! It was about 5 inches long, very dark and rubbery. I am not using P&B, but some products from Nature's secret. Today, I passed three worms, about 3 inches long, and some fleshy looking pale pink teardrop shaped things. There were about a dozen of them! I've been passing a few gall bladder stones here and there, but nothing dramatic. I'm not doing any sort of liver cleanse right now.

I have been taking the Super Colon Cleanse from Nature's Secret daily for a few months, since my last Colon Cleanse and it regulated my bms. I had been taking one tablet, but this week I took 2 every morning. I have been passing a lot of mucus, had the rumbling in the belly, and a lot of air during bms, yet I wasn't uncomfortable at all. My stomach feels flatter too.
