hi everyone, i've just started cleansing, and i'm still doing cleansesmart by renew life with P&B shakes. All thanks to you people on this site. I just bought my first bottle of Paragone, by renewlife too, which i plan to take in a couple of weeks after i have finished the cleansesmart. When i read about Paragone here, most of you people mentioned that is should be taking according to your body weight, i've read the packeage and little inserted instructions that come in the box and it doesnt say ANYWHERE about taking it accoerding to weight or anything, all it says is to take to caps and 15 drops 3 times a day. I'm about 5ft and weigh 108ponds. Do i just take it full strength since it doesn't say anything.

The Paragone box should come with an instructional sheet inside that tells you more about the cleanse. When I first bought Paragone, it didn't come with this sheet, so I actually went back to the store and traded it in for one that did! So maybe the sheet is inside and you missed it or maybe you can go get one.
But basically, the "full" dosage is for people 150 lbs + and the "half" dosage for under 150 lbs is 7 drops, 1 capsule, 3x / day. I weigh about 120 and I tried the full dose and felt it was too strong for me, so at your weight I would definitely recommend the half! You can always go back and do another full-strength cleanse. You just dont want to shock your bod too much at first.

MoreThis is a reply to # 417,393mine came with a sheet of paper inside, just simple instructions and ideas on the dietary changes one should make, but nothing about how to take it according to your weight or anyting. It said the same thing as on the box, take to caps 3 times a day, and 15 drops. But thanks for the info, i will start by taking half the dose.

This is a reply to # 417,395how are you doing on the cleansesmart colon pills? i tried them, but they were too strong for me at first. i was going to continue helping my colon until i could take it again. please let me know, and good luck to you on your colon. ps, you might do well to look at the liver cleanse forum.
