That is so cool. I would think that if the enema is helping you to eliminate worms, then continue. But be careful, you mentioned that you have been doing enemas for months now. I think you can become dependant on them over a long period of time. (Not sure how much time though).

So how many worms did you see? Are you on some kind of cleansing program/diet program, or just enemas? Had you ever seen them before?

I'm waiting to see some of that stuff too, so your message is very encouraging.

Don't know if there's a Kroger where you're at, but in the 'healthy' section in the middle of the store (think they're all laid out pretty much the same) they have little bags of healthy oatmeal mix, pancake mix etc. i found one (i can't remember the brand and had never heard of it before but there's a drawing of a guy's face on the front- something Mills) that has 10 different grains - barley, oat, rye, etc in a pancake mix. i eat one pancake and am totally full!! i make it with frozen raspberries or cherries etc and 1 egg (that has 100% omega's from grain fed chickens), 1tsp oil & 1 cup water. they are yummy too but GREAT fiber and i add maybe 2tbsps to the batter of ground flax seed meal that i bought same place.
