Completed My First Rifing Session Last Night!!!

My skin didn't turn green, nor did any vital organs drop off in the
middle of the night, and I'm definitely alive and well this morning
to tell about it.

As many of you know I have been following the Salt/Vit. C protocol of
12 grams salt/12 grams Vit. C per day for two weeks and have had
excellent results! A number of members of this group have also
mentioned that combining the Salt/C protocol with Rifing has prduced
come pretty positive reuslts.

I managed to locate and buy a used circa 2001 RBT4ss-731 model (by
Rife Technologies, Ltd. aka Resonant Light.) Bare-Rife type device.

It came with a manual and I followed the manuals setup instruction,
and got the device to a point where it appeared to be working
correctly. i.e. the plasma tube ignited and displayed a pencil wide
beam of pink/blue light.

I managed to program the Hamerhead frequency generator with the Lyme
frequencies that were supplied in the circa 2001 manual. I also
programed in a couple sets of Lyme frequencies from the CAFL.

Not being sure how much of a disturbance I would cause to neighbors'
TVs and radios, I waited until well after midnight to run the
programs.

I fell asleep twice during the session, but in my drowsy state I did
notice some twinges and prickliness, but I couldn't connect those
sensations to any particulat frequencies, so I have no idea which
frequencies actually "hit".

This morning I awoke with a mild Herxe. I had a very mild fever, and
very mild aching in joints, head, and back of neck. The herxe began
to dissipate as I got up and started to moved around. I took my
morning swig of Salt/Vit. C solution, and have started my day...

It's now 10:31 as I write, and I'm mildly herxey, but I'm feeling ok.

I'd like to communicate directly with any Lymers who are using Bare-
Rife type devices about calibtating testing my device to make sure my
device is really produceing the frequencies that I'm actually
progamming into my Hamerhead.

I'd also like to communicate directly with any Lymies about which
frequencies and frequency sweeps that have been found to be most
effectiive in knocking out Lyme.
