i don't watch much tv and i hate those survivor and "you're fired" type shows. but this wife swap thing is fascinating. i love how they pick the most diametrically opposed families to swap wives with and how different families can be SO SO very different in very fundamental ways. also the way the new mom will see things wrong that the real mom has lived with here whole life but just doesn't notice.
if you have'nt watched this show, you really should check out an episode. some are nt that good, but some are really amazing, both comical and tragic. i think both families always come away with a new look at who they are and how they relate to each other.

MoreThis is a reply to # 396,941I am not a big TV show person, but caught this show a couple of times and it was hilarious! What an eye opener, and the couples really get to miss each other and learn some very good lessons.
It was amazing to see how a person that would appear to not have the possibilty of making an impact on the "guest" family, will make changes that really improves their quality of life. Most surprising, to see how well the children responded to new ideas, and how easily they opened up.
It is good that they have established rules, that specify following each other family's ways for one week each. This makes for the eye opening moments of the show and their participants.
