Something very strange and eerie about not seeing yourself for months and months before and during a surgery. Then to unveil unknown self in a full-length mirror to everyone in such a stark reality. Only then to "compete" against another ghastly stranger in a contrived beauty pageant. Too much bong water tasting going on 'round here when the show writers got together for this experiment-gone-wrong. IT'S ALIVE!!! Isn't the makeover part enough for these ugly ducklings? I mean, who gives a damn about the pageant...I've got tits and a firm chin!
