I have been candeling for about 4 months now. It is the best thing I have discovered. I could not believe the 'ton' of wax that came out of my ears.
Right now, tho, I have jaw pain & ear discomfort. I went to the Dr. and she said I had fluid in the tube. Can I candle to get this out and make the discomfort go away? There is no infection.

This is a reply to # 396,763When I eat dairy products of any kind, except butter, I get fluid in there just like you are describing. To relieve it I pinch my nostrils shut and blow until I hear cracking. I do it until both ears clear, several times a day.
I am also interested in hearing what Andreas has to say. Good suggestion Owen.
