My son is hearing impaired and the cone make a BIG difference in how well he hears.... He has alot of wax build up from wearing hearing aids as they block up the canal. We can always tell when it has been too long since we cleaned his ears.... he even asks for it now.

I totaly believe you got ripped of on the price for two sets should have only been 12.00 for beeswax candles 2 sets of two. I believe I have been helped from ear candleing. Two years ago I couldn't hear at all out of my right ear. I had my ears done and could hear again. I waited a week and did it again, now I clean mine twice a year with candles. Did you put ear oil in your ears for several days before candleing? I believe the oil is a good idea. It worked for me and I have done many ears for others and they all believe. Sorry for you.
