Olmert criticizes Syria, defends Bush

So can anyone tell me why the Associated Press is reporting that the three Israeli soldiers were captured in Lebanon and Gaza, instead of being kidnapped from Israel as Israel insisted? Or should I say lied? Or should I say "planted there to justify the invasion that was planned months prior"?
