I'm not crazy about spicy foods either and the cayenne pepper was VERY hard to get used to. I did actually find some pure cayenne pepper tablets at GNC and tried them last night, but made me horribly nauseous and I must say vomiting cayenne pepper is far more painful than swallowing it. =(
Since then I've tried cutting back a bit on the pepper in my drink, but it does get easier by day 3-4.
