Wow...what a bummer. I was sure the cyst would have shrunk, but it went from 18.5
cm to 19cm in one of the dimensions...but she did say that one of the other dimensions appears to be 15cm as opposed to the 15.5 length given last month.
Ultimately I won't know the exact details until the analysis of the results come in....you can only tell so much when the ultrasound is being done, and the technician was wrong before regarding the measurements. It's entirely possible that the dimensions have just stayed the same but shifted. It is also still possible that it did indeed shrink.
Anyway, considering I lost 20
pounds (really 27, but since eating it's regulated to 20) and over a hundred stones, along with a clear complexion, feeling much better, lowering my blood pressure, reducing asthma, etc, the fast can't be considered a failure. In fact, I think it's reasonable to expect that, with all of those stones, the liver has been unable to truly deal with the cyst. Maybe the healing is about to begin now that they're gone.
A friend of mine was great. She said: If you've had it in your body for 8 years, then you can't expect it to disappear over just 30 days. And then she reminded me of all of the success that I've gained from this fast.
Man, it's good to have good friends.
Still, I went to a grocery store today and the guy there asked me when I was expecting. He was so embarrassed when I told him I wasn't, but this is a fact with this cyst...everyone can see that I look five months pregnant.
Try worrying about your thighs and butt now, girls. At least all most of us have to worry about is fat, some pimples and a little fatigue. If I just wanted to lose weight, I would have been extatic from this fast.
Anyway, onward and upward. I'm spending the next two weeks eating very simple raw foods. No exquisite raw cooking for now...just
Celery sticks, strawberries...etc...food in it's natural form, with the focus of helping my body to continue the detox. After this, I am considering doing the Breuss juice cancer cure for his recommended 42 days. It's no more than 500ml (half a quart) of beet, carrot,
Celery root, black radish and potato juice, and some herb teas. It's designed to "starve" cancer by fasting without sweeteners or proteins in the drinks. I don't have cancer, but a growth is a growth, and I've got to try and do what I can to expedite the process. We'll see how it goes. Many have healed themselves of terrible illnesses through this fast.
The Master Cleanse could definitely continue the cleansing too, but I want to try something different this time.
You know, thank goodness I passed all of those stones during this fast. I probably wouldn't have gotten discouraged if I had gotten the ultrasound results and my fast hadn't produced such a dramatic detox as dropping stones, but it sure does help in reminding myself that healing and cleansing has indeed occurred.
Bummed out, but getting over it.
