Can somebody tell me if it is o.k. to take blood pressure medicine while doing the MC?
A friend of mine wants to try this, but is concerned about the medicine. She has been on it for one year now.

This is a reply to # 392,823I'm on my second try, and doing great! I was taking blood pressure and heart medicine, during the first 10days. Now, I'm on 2nd diet, and my blood pressure has stabilized completely with the diet. I still take the heart medicine, I'm afraid to cut it with out my Dr's o.k. but this diet is magic.

HI Chris, thanks for the nice words. I've been really busy at work so I had a few days where I didn't log on to curezone at all (!!!!).
I'm gearing up for a 21 day Master-Cleanse in June, probably starting June 3, so you'll sure be seeing a lot of me then. :) I'm a little concerned about going for 21 days since the longest I've done is 12, but I know it's all in my head. If my mind can handle it, my body will follow.

This is a reply to # 392,823I continue to take meds for an irregular heart beat and would be a "fool" to come off of them (unless I wanted to guarantee myself a visit to the hospital).
The only way I'd recommend coming off meds is under doctor supervision.
Day 14 here! Congrats on day 6 :)
