I went through the worse of it Day 3/4 and the last two days are just great. I planned on the whole 10 days and now feel like its very doable.
The thing is, I've already lost 9 lbs and my tongue is pink -- and I wasn't much overweight or a junk food eater to begin with nor do I drink caffeine or smoke and I practice yoga. I weigh in at 120 lbs @ 5'6.
I'm doing it because I had an outbreak of eczema about 3 weeks ago and am worried that I was carrying alot of toxins. I saw a derm and he gave me steroids but we all know that's just a band-aid. Also its spring and I thought I'd pick up my energy levels.
What do you all think?
