BLAH ... Gross Gross Gross

I am sitting here chugging this sw... and I honestly can't stand it... but it is so beneficial.

Just thought I would tell you all that yesterday, I only did half the SW to try again after my 'out both ends' experience. It worked, for about an hours I was eliminating, so today I up't the amount to 24 oz.
And here I go... chugging away.... **gag**
