Hello All!
I actually completed day one & ready for day 2. I tried to start on Saturday, but didn't make it all day. Tried again Monday, but only made it to about 2:30. Tuesday I made it all day. I weaned myself from caffiene over the past 2 weeks (I drank tons of diet Dr. Pepper) and haven't had any caffiene for 4 days & NO headache ever. I hated the taste of the lemonade at first, but I cut the syrup in half & I don't mind it at all now. I guess you just have to make adjustments for yourself to make this work. Looking forward to a successful fast & I love reading all of your messages on this board. It has helped me SO MUCH.

If it is white and coated then you still have toxins in your system? So, if I were shooting for 10 days and my tongue was still coated do I go until it turns pink? Or.......
Does it turn pink once you stop the fast? I am a bit confused.
I am starting tomorrow and my husband is starting today. He decided last night to do this with me as I have been reading the book to him and he was excited to do this with me. He is starting a day earlier so that he can get a bit cleaned out before he has to work on Friday night.
Thanks for all your answers and help on the board. You all are great and I just can't believe how much will power so many of you have! God Bless you all.

I worried so much before starting the cleanse that I would have headaches and be weak, etc. So far no problems! But, I know I have a long way to go. Good luck to you.
