Glad to see you are still going strong. Sorry I did not mean to abandon the MB but I have been soo busy lately.

Well just so you know...I caved on day 9 when I got to the restaurant. I knew going to the restaurant was too much to take but I got a long way and I've decided to take this week off and start the Master-Cleanse on Monday. I felt so good when I was doing the fast besides the bronchitis but even that didn't not put my all the way down. I did not even take the Antibiotics --still haven't and I feel fine.

I'll keep checking in and will be another regular starting Monday again.
