Yes, you do. I like the capsules a lot better than the normal way. Much easier to take.
Congrats on day 9 and wish me luck...in about 1-1/2 hours I'll be sitting in a restaurant! :-(

MoreThis is a reply to # 392,161Thanks for the tip -- looking at the size of the capsules, I'm thinking that's a LOT of pepper. I think I'll do a morning/noon/night thing and see how it goes.
