Your formula is similar to mine, but I only use about half the syrup.
The first batch I made, I used 4 TBL of syrup per lemon.
I found I like it better made with less maple, and it should be better for the weight loss. I do mine in a super blender, similar to a juicer, and add 3 TBL of syrup and 20
oz of water per lemon. Or for a big batch, 3 lemons, 9 TBL syrup,and 60
oz of water.
If you like yours sweeter, you could add less water, and drink it separately.
I dont think you should cut back on the lemons though.
