Sorry for this question, but I feel like I keep reading contridicting information on the type of water to use for the swf and the lemonade drinks.

One place it says cold water is ok, and another place it says to not use cold water, but rather room tempature or even warm water.

Plus one place says to use distilled water and another says spring water. I don't always trust spring water. I have seen dateline where they show water bottleing companies just using tap water and calling it spring water.

Can anybody advice me on water tempature and if distilled water is ok?
