This is weird I feel like I am writing to myself!! Your name is my nickname!!! Everyone calls me that!
Nothing specific, but simply cutting back on the crazy portion size, eating a lot more fruits, vegetable, whole wheat products, nuts and grains....
I was a white flour person, you know a lot of junk, processed food.. I am going to do my best to eat by the mantra... If God didn't make it don't eat.. Now I am not the fully religious type, but meaning eating natural foods....
I think following this pattern etc, will have a major effect on my health and on going weight loss!! I am ready to kick my addiction!!
