Yes, DIM has helped me with fibroids and estrogen dominance quite a bit. Along with L-Methinone (sp?) Check out http://www.drlam.com for more estrogen dominance info, it has made such a difference, I do think you need to take more than 1 or 2 per day if your symptons are bad, I took 4 per day.
