Looking through this board over the past few days, I am trying to find options for taking care of cavities.
Over the past 1 1/2 years it seems as if I have more cavities than ever. Either that or my teeth are really sensitive!! I really think toothpaste may be doing it. Before i (re)started using toothpaste 2 years ago, I used baking soda. I seemed to have no problems with my teeth with baking soda!!
But now that it seems that I have cavities...what are the healthiest options out there? I keep hearing so many negative things about fillings and people having problems with them and having to actually "pay" the dentist to take them back out!!
What are the best options? Just tell it to me straight. And is there a way to keep cavities from getting worse? I heard of ways to rebuild teeth, like with calcium/? homeopathic remedies? Not sure where I read that.
