Well, the question was posted in the Candida Forum . I researched it a bit but didn't find much at all. You can find maybe one or two articles that mention it on google. just look up "apple cider vinegar good bacteria" and look through a couple pages to find it, i forget where i got it. some people say the ACV kills all bacteria and that one should rotate it with probiotics, and then others say that it just makes the environment in the gut more acid so that it is less favorable for BAD bacteria.
