Over the last year I found out that I could get a sound nights sleep without tossing and turning and waking up before the alarm went off......
by supplimenting some of my nightly bottled water with alkalizing minerals or taking a few alky caps.
I tried 3 different types, two were in cap form and the third in powder.
All 3 worked.
Also, one of my fellow workers is doing a Vit C protocol (which I've since started doing). She eats a Zero S.A.D. diet and never had a problem with sleeping in her life. Until a few weeks into the protocol. At which tome she tried and found out that a cal/mag suppliment took care of the problem. (It never occured to her to check her pH until I gave her the strips) She learned that doing the protocol made her acidic (in the long term) and she needed to balance it by supplimenting.
I gave another co-worker who complained of not sleeping well, a small bottle of my alkaline booster. I later found out his wife had a sleeping problem as well. This was his third morning using it. He had a smile on his face rather than the haggared look which is his usual face prior to coffee in the morning.
Both he and his wife are sleeping well. No restless nights and they do NOT now wake up before the alarm goes off. Which was typical for them.
So if your melatonin isn't cutting it for ya........
