As we are near the full moon peak of the cycle now, it may help some to gain some insight on the subject!

As the moon increases to the full moon cycle and a Cold front starts to pass thru your area where you live, this causes a change in the Air within which you live in!

The change is that the air increases it's amount of Positive ions which the air contains in ratio to the amount of negative ions, and this may automatically cause the body to become more Acidic!

The opposite is true when the cycle moves thru the new moon cycle, as then the air will change, so as that the air may contain more negative ions than it contains of the positive ions, this may cause the body to become more Alkaline!

So a person may be better off not to do flushes or cleanses or things to try to remove excess Toxins and Acids prior to or immediately after the full moon!

You may have less pain and suffering , if you try these things starting about one week prior to the new moon and following a week after the new moon, when the air contains a greater amount of Negative ion concentration in ratio to the Positive ions!

I have instruments which prove all of this by measurement of the different energy charges and ions ratios etc!
