There are "ONLY" two elements which will allow the body to relax it's muscles, and if the body is short of these elements, then it may be "IMPOSSIBLE" for the muscles to relax!
These two elements are " CALCIUM and MAGNESIUM " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When the body becomes too Acidic, then the body becomes short of these two elements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Taking the
Epsom Salts and the Lime water may help greatly!
But one must "STOP" eating "ANY" Protein 4-6 hours before bedtime, as this is a major reason for the body from becoming too Acidic during the nite time!
"IF" you start supplying your body with the Alkaline Minerals it needs, then your body may hold it's adjustments of your spine in it's correct place, but when the body is too Acidic , then the muscles are so tight that they just pull the spine out of place again and pinch your nerves!
"IF" you hope to have "ANY" relief, then you may want to start checking your urine and saliva pH and find out which foods are making you Acidic and then choose to stop eating those foods!
And like I have told my own children who when they are not taking their Calcium and
Epsom Salt and start complaining about aches and Pains, I tell them if they like the Pain then keep not taking their extra Calcium and epsom Salt!
For "IF" they take "ENOUGH" extra Calcium along with some Epsom Salt, their problems always go away!!
My oldest Daughter had to take up to 25,000 Mg of Calcium each day when she was pregnant so as to not have any problems, if she took less than this, she had problems!!
So each person who is having Pain, may need to find out how much extra Calcium they need to take with the
Epsom Salt to stop the Pain!
"IF" you have the PAIN, then you are way too Acidic and not getting enough Calcium and Magnesium!!!
