Hi,
It is all about Acid Alkaline pH Balancing!
How do you suppose the sesame seeds got calcium in the first place?
The plant had to be able to utilize an acid of some kind to produce an Energy Release from some Calcium source for the plant to be able to utilize the calcium and store the calcium energy into the seed!!
Beside that the sesame seed contains oils and Carbohydrates which are made up of Carbon and Hydrogen and Oxygen.
The amount of Hydrogen in Ratio to the other Alkaline Minerals is what determines how acid the end product will be.
Now it just so happens you are talking about a seed, which is the end product of a plant, which is the concentrated End product of the plant!!
For this reason, as it is a seed, this means it is concentrated, and most seeds are high in Protein which will cause the body to become Acidic if much is eaten !!
If it was the Green Leafy portions of the sesame plant, they would more than likely cause the body to become Alkaline if they themselves contained enough Alkaline Minerals in themselves!!
Smile Tis your choice, and not all is what is first may seem to be!!
