The ear wax dissolvers from the drugstore are actually okay, but if you want a more natural remedy then try ear candling. You have to find the right kind of candle, stick it thru a foil-covered paperplate, thin end goes in teh ear, wide end gets lit. The candle is hollow, the heat causes a vacuum, and the wax coems out of the ear to fill the vacuum.

It's also possible to get a colonic for the ear.

Or get clove oil and add garlic juice. 3 drops in ear.

Avoid all mucous-forming foods like crazy!

I have just come across this forum and your enquiry Peter about candida and blocked ears.

I have had Candida for many years and am slowly getiing better, but my symptoms seem to be changing from digestive discomfort to ears, nose and throat discomfort, wherby I am suffering particularly with blocked and itchy ears. I know a few people with candida who have the same problem and we are all desperate to find a 'cure' or at least a way of relieving these uncomfortable symptoms. I am thinking of trying Hopi ear therapy but did you receive a reply to your query? Do you have any suggestions?
