I posted this the other day but I'm not sure if you saw it!! You didn't post a repsonse that's why!!
I tend to have
colonics about once a month but do have my own enema kit which I use once or twice per week with
Sea Salt added. Occasionally I do
coffee enemas too! I have been doing these for a while. I think it is the
Liver Cleansing and flushing that I need to progress more with as I have only done one so far. The next is scheduled for this coming Friday.
My concerns regarding my detoxification ability were voiced because I would like to bring on a healing crisis like I did before. I don't understand why I am now finding it so hard to achieve. During the summer of 2002 I did my first proper detox, which basically involved
juicing and eating nothing but fruit and veg and I had the most wonderful turn around in health. Within a week or two I had the headaches, joint pains and mucus discharges that one expects from a healing crisis. I lost loads of weight, my hair and skin were great (clean, clear and no longer oily) and I had enormous amounts of energy and my mental problems completely went. I also had a great deal of self confidence which is something I have always lacked. However, I have not been able to retain that level of health.
I am aware that this is definitely to do with the fact that I have been through terrible stresses in the time since and have often deviated from the natural
healthy Diet (but not a great deal). Right now I am totally committed to my health. I am eating very well, drinking tonnes of water and taking the right supplements. I am learning to meditate and have just started yoga. However, I still feel toxic and not like I did in 2002. My hair is a mess........one minute thick and healthy, the next thin, brittle, dry or oily. Although I don't have many spots at all I am not happy with my skin, it is very oily and my forehead is too greasy and bumpy. It is quite depressing given how healthy I live!! I would just like to feel and look a bit healthier and get some of that bounce and confidence back.

I guess it might be worth me incorporating a chlorophyll supplement and trying
Colloidal Silver .
