I have suffered from migraine headaches since I was in high school. I am now 39. Migraines run in my family and as about 1/3 of us suffer from them. Since I have been doing all this cleansing, my attacks have gone from 2 per week to about 1-2 per month. A huge improvement.

HOWEVER, when they DO hit, it is wicked awful. I have had a migraine since Wednesday. I took an Imitrex (I know, I know....but I have to work) and it went away. It came back again Thursday night. Another Imitrix.....didn't work. Horrendous pain. Friday early morning, another pill, excruciating pain all day. I have been in bed most of the day with an ice pack on my head. The Imitrix would usually prevent this from happening and at least allow me to function and work.

I have tried feverfew, etc. over the years and they have had zero effect on me. I will continue cleansing to help to further reduce these awful migraines. However, any other advice that can help? I cannot get this migraine aborted. Now, I still have excruiating pain AND feel weak and funky from all this medicine.

Thanks for any advice here. I know that further cleansing will help. I am just looking for IMMEDIATE help!!
