The aim of both recipes is to alkalize the body. So its basically the same recipe except this one doesn't have ACV.
You can add ACV to this recipe or add 1/2 lemon rind to the other recipe.
This one is one a day - probably in the morning.
However - feel free to use it twice a day if needed.
Oh I forgot to mention - in this recipe you put all the ingredients in a grinder and then mix em up.
