I have a question, too.
On your recommendation I got a colema board (my friend made me one), and have been using it with great success.
I have been inventing all kinds of things I could use for enemas such as...
Some time ago I read a post by a guy, who by mistake drank some soap, and then later passed a lot of weird funky stuff, including some parasites.
So I was wondering... Would there be any good reason NOT to try using some natural soap (dr. Brenner for example) as an enema solution?
Also, what do you think about apple cider vinegar?
